We are pleased to present this vision to the City of Bryan with the hope to gain support for The Community.   The recent move to the South Eastern Conference and the current bed to student ratio resulted in the vision we are presenting to you today.
With the abundance of apartment housing, we designed a project that would parallel with projects being completed or recently completed in SEC towns, primarily the big boys at Alabama, Auburn, and Georgia.
The Community is designed for the Former Student who has season tickets to Aggie Football or the diehard parent wanting a place near Little Johnny. 
The community is efficiency style units made to resemble a hotel and community feel.  The amenities will include an office space for the working Aggie, a lounge for family not going to game to watch from community area, fitness area to stay fit, and rooftop deck to celebrate after the Aggie win.  All while staying close to Northgate’s entertainment area to ensure a safe travel back to residence.
The Community’s exterior features will set the bar for the area moving forward.  The exterior will be modern, sleek, and will  inspire future developments.
