3. (Exodus 16:25) Then Moses said, "Eat it (manna) today, for today is a Sabbath to the LORD; today you will not find it in the field.

4. (Ex.20:8-11) Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work…For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day.

5. (Hebrews 4:8-10) For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day. There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.

6. (Hebrews 4:11) Let us therefore be diligent [strive/labor] to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience.

7. (Matthew 11:28-30) "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. "For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."

8. Sabbath Rest Hindrances You have allowed duty to replace relationship. You are protecting an area of you life from the Lord.
