Run a Prepackaged Report To access Prepackaged reports and Public reports click Manage Click Prepackaged Reports Pre-built reports available for use Public Reports: SCC custom reports Prepackaged Reports: Standard reports without custom SCC fields These reports can be accessed by clicking Manage on your home dashboard. Personal Workspace for report storage Reports can display multiple levels of data Display results in Ariba or export to Excel Ability to add reports to dashboard Schedule reports to run at specific intervals 1 2 1 2 Page 1

Run a Prepackaged Report Choose the report subject, and then click Open. For this example select Supplier Performance Management Reports Choose the report that best fits your needs. Click on the name of the report, and then click Open 3 4 3 4 Page 2

Run a Prepackaged Report The Relative data range allows you to select a fixed period of time such as 4 months, 4 years, 2 quarters, etc. The fixed date range allows you to select a custom date range from the calendar. For example from June 13, 2016 to February 3, 2017. You have the option to refine the data by selecting specific suppliers, States, organizations and regions. Run a Prepackaged Report Pivot table view Rearrange the view by dragging and dropping the fields. Add fields by dragging and dropping fields from the Page and Others field browser tabs. Click on a field title link to drill down. 9 10 9 11 12 10 11 12 Page 4

Run a Prepackaged Report The Chart tab view displays options for the report data. Different charts will work better depending on the data from the report. Use the drop down list to see which chart depicts the information best. The Dashboard tab allows you to add the Pivot Table or the Graph to your Ariba Dashboard. When added to your dashboard, the graph or the pivot table will automatically refresh with current data every few hours. There is no need to run the report over and over as new information becomes available Click Add to Dashboard 13 13 15 14 14 15 16 16 Page 5

Run a Public Report Click Manage, and then click Public Reports Please note that you must be granted permission to access Public Reports. Access is All or Nothing meaning that people with access will be able to see all reports listed in the menu. Additionally, if you have access to the Public Reports you can save reports to this folder. Click on the Report name and then click Open 1 3 1 2 3 2 3 Page 6

Run a Prepackaged Report Refine the Data as needed, and then click View Report You have the same options with a Public Report that you do with the Prepackaged Reports 4 4 5 5 2 3 Page 7
