What the data says
The Smart Choice program significantly increases consumer confidence and competence to make a health insurance purchase decision
Preliminary data from the Smart Use programs suggest there is a significant increase in consumer’s confidence to use their health insurance.
The greatest gains seen is understanding terminology, how to estimate costs and how to seek information related to coverage
