Victim suffered a single gunshot wound as she arrived at a friend’s house for a social gathering

Two (2) black male suspects, both in their 20’s. Clothing and physical descriptions are varied
Suspects appeared from between houses at 1131 and Fernwood
Fired multiple shots at the crowd of party-goers then fled on foot

5. Following the murder a $5000 reward was offered through the Crime Stopper Program; however, no viable tips or leads were received
The Toledo Police/Lucas County Prosecutor’s Office Cold Case Unit is seeking information to assist in the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the murder of Racole “Cocoa Da Barber” Hill.
