24 How can the Council support the implementation of the Strategic Plan?
Closer relationship with the Members of the Bureau, the OIE HQ, and the RR/SRR; Meeting with the Bureau of the RC (before the SG? back to back with other activities, virtual? calls?); Providing feedback to the Members of the Bureau after Council’s meetings; Consulting the Bureau to ensure regional concerns be addressed by the Council; Providing suggestions and proposals to the plan of activities of the RR/SRR (RR/SRR to share the plan).

Understanding and application of their role and prerogatives (Basic Text); Closer relationship within the regional Member of the Council and the OIE; Actively participating in the General Session; Actively participating in the Regional Conferences; Discussing on the plan of activities of the RR/SRR to give an advisory opinion (suggestions, proposals addressing the regional needs).
