Managing Multicultural Teams (MMT) is an online learning programme that consists of three modules (described to the right).
Using the “Morel” team from WorldWork’s A World of Difference as a case study theoretical concepts about cultural diversity are brought to life as participants follow an engaging story about a multicultural team who face various challenges as they aim to achieve their organisational goals.
You can earn an introductory commission of up to £2100 when you recommend an annual license for use of the MMT e-learning tool to your clients.

Module One: Recognizing Differences – Introduction to the multicultural team as they meet each other for the first time. In this module participants will have a chance to consider the business case for the creation of international teams, and what can happen – in real life, when people from diverse cultures first encounter each other. They will also consider some of the leadership challenges such a team presents.
In Module Two , Managing Differences – Participants consider the Life Cycle of an International Project Team. They will observe the team as it moves along the various stages of development and what behaviours and insights can ensure that a multicultural team moves successfully from initial conception to high performance.
Module Three, Sustaining Energy at a Distance – This module looks at the particular challenges and opportunities faced during the “virtual” aspects of the work of an International Team. Virtual work must be managed “mindfully” as it can be a great asset but can also lead to significant communication breakdowns across distance and culture. Here participants consider how to avoid these breakdowns.
