Victim continues excessive drinking, perhaps engaging in mutual flirtatious behavior with subject, who may or may not be consuming alcohol

Subject mixes/provides drinks to victim, or offers to buy victim drinks
Victim consumes excessive amount of alcoholic beverages while at club, hotel room, house party (inhibitions lowered)
