2. Criteria for Mascot
There will be no more than two (2) persons holding this position.
Eligibility shall be limited to girls and boys of current freshman, sophomore and junior standing.
Candidates must submit physical examination by a medical doctor completed no more than one year prior to the tryout
If a candidate receives more than two “needs improvement” or “unsatisfactory” grades in conduct for the current school year through the second nine weeks, the student is ineligible to try out for mascot.

3. When and Where?
Wednesday, April 11th, 2018 at Wheeler Field House - 4:00pm.
You must be ready to go by 3:30pm. Enter through the back doors and park on home side.
Tryout skits may last no longer than 2 minutes consisting of skits, mime, pantomime and dance. no routine may be more than one-half dance. All routines must be within school standards.
You must provide your own music and props if used.  This includes any additional students they may need to assist. no more than 3 people.
If you’re using music, please have that ready.

4. What will I wear? Who can attend? Comfy clothes you can move in
Tennis shoes
You may try out in a mascot suit (tiger suit will be available)
Who can attend?
Only coaches & candidates are allowed into Wheeler Field House
Parents are to leave the premises after they drop off their child (or wait in the parking lot since it will not take long)
Candidates may not watch others try out.

5. Who will be watching me? Cheer coaches from other FBISD schools
Judges assigned by FBISD athletics
Director of athletics for FBISD
Coach Joseph or coach LaBuhn

Reminders:
Candidate must submit the following to Coach Joseph (L237) or Coach LaBuhn (C110) on or before Thursday, April 5th in order to participate in the tryout process.
