3 Success By 6 AEEF funding supports partnership development across Arizona. There are 15 counties. There is one partnership funded in each of 13 counties, 5 in Maricopa County and 2 in Pima county resulting in a total of 20 Regional School Readiness Partnerships in Arizona..

5 The Vision of the Rio Salado Early Childhood & Human Development (ECE/HD) Program is to be the premier early childhood undergraduate and professional development community college program in Maricopa County, Arizona. Our program Mission is to provide high quality educational services that are inclusive, student & community focused, comprehensive, responsive and directed at increasing the professionalism of the early childhood and human development field.
