8. What is a pedigree chart?
Pedigree charts are used to show records of families or individuals.
They are used because breeding humans is not possible. Shows ethical ways of studying human genetics.
Shows how possible conditions may be inherited.
Uses symbols to represent the individuals and their relationships to each other

16. What is Hemophilia?
Hemophilia is a condition when blood can't clot properly, excessive bleeding (external and internal) occurs after any injury or damage.
Symptoms include many large or deep bruises, joint pain and swelling, unexplained bleeding, and blood in urine or stool.

The X and Y chromosomes are called sex chromosomes. The gene for hemophilia is carried on the X chromosome. Hemophilia is inherited in an X-linked recessive manner.
