2 What other games were played during World War Two?
Different games were played during World War Two such as Blow Football, Tiddlywinks, Marbles, Musical Statues ( The music was quiet so that only people inside the house could hear it, but people outside couldn’t) and they also played Red Light, Green Light.

3 What did children play outside during the day?
Children played tag a lot during the day and sometimes pretended they were at war, using sticks for guns and conkers, acorns and nuts as bombs.

4 What did children listen to on the radio?
Children listened to Children’s Hour on the radio. It was on everyday at 4 till 5pm. It included children’s songs and fun game ideas to play the later in the week.

5 What is Blow Football? Blow Football was a game played in World War Two by Children and Adults. The game was popular because it provided hours of fun during the rough times.
