2. What is Interact Club?
The BWHS Interact Club is for striving individuals who want to join together to tackle the issues in their community that they care most about. Through Interact Club, you can:
Help with hands-on service projects​
Earn volunteer service hours
Develop leadership skills
Have fun!​
Interact Club is the High School Division of the International Rotary Club

3. Meeting Attendance
If you will not be able to attend a club meeting, please send us a Remind/ at least a day before the meeting date.

4. Hours Requirement
5 volunteer service hours per semester, for a total of 10 volunteer service hours by the end of the school year

5. Volunteering Events
Upcoming volunteer opportunities will be posted on our website, as well as sent out via Remind/
The only volunteering service hours that we accept are those completed through BWHS Interact Club or Rotary Club

6. Road Clean Up Event
Rotary Club of Ashburn will be hosting a roadside cleanup event on Saturday, October 27th starting at 9 AM. The event will be held alongside Croson Lane, if you are interested please Barry Constant at to RSVP.
Meeting Location for the Road Clean Up Event is at the unfinished end of Claiborne Pkwy

7. Presidential Citation
Rotary Club Presidential Citation for Interact Clubs
Rotary Club Speech Contest:
We must have at least one BWHS Interact Club member participate in this contest. The initial step for the Speech Contest will be to present your speech to the Ashburn Rotary Club, at their club meeting on January 10, The winner of this contest will then advance to the District 7610 Speech Contest Finals which will held on March 23, The winner from this district finals will then advance to the District Conference on April 6, 2019.
