4. vOTED lead agency for ECDI SALINAS CAT
In an effort to improve system wide prevention efforts CASP will support collaborative efforts to improve Early Childhood Development in Salinas by supporting the Monterey Children’s Council Early Childhood Development Initiative (ECDI)

5. Community Leadership Academy continues to thrive
 Community Leadership Academy Program: Graduated 21 new adult graduates and 15 high school aged youth in 2015 w/ cross sector support from 20+ Community Alliance for Safety and Peace partners

6. Organizational Capacity TASK Force Completes Work
OCTF released a report in May to the Board of Directors which included key recommendations on Governance, Internal Communications, Membership and General Assembly Programming.
The digital sign in, CASP Digest, revamped 2016 GA, By-laws Task Force and Recognition event are all the result of recommendations from this report.

7. Community Members Join CASP
The community leadership academy alumni group sought formal membership into CASP and earned a seat at the Executive Committee.
