Chapter 54 Three Stacked Videos (Advanced) How to use: On the Home tab, in the Slides group, click Layout, and then click 3 Stacked Videos. Click the first Media icon on the right of the slide to insert video. In the left pane of the Insert Video dialog box, click the drive or library that contains the video. In the right pane of the dialog box, click the video that you want and then click Insert. On the Home tab, in the Slides group, click Reset to resize and reposition video. Click the second Media icon on the right of the slide to insert video. Click the third Media icon on the right of the slide to insert video. Press and hold CTRL. Select all three videos. On the Animations tab, in the Animation group, select Play, and then in the Timing group, click the arrow to the right of Start and select With Previous. Select Title text, and type in Title. Select Body Content text, and type in text. To reproduce the background effects on the Slide Master, do the following: On the Design tab, in the Themes group click Colors and select Apothecary. On the View tab, in the Master Views group, select Slide Master. Select the Slide Master at the top of the left column. On the Design tab, in the bottom right corner of the Background group, click the arrow at the bottom right launching the Format Background dialog box. In the Format Background dialog box, select Fill in the left pane, under Fill in the right pane, select Solid Fill, then click the arrow to the right of Color and under Theme Colors select Red, Accent 2, Darker 50% (sixth row, sixth option from left). On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Shapes, and then under Rectangles select Snip Diagonal Corner Rectangle (fifth option from left), then drag to draw shape on slide. Under Drawing Tools, on the Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, click the arrow at the bottom right corner launching the Format Shape dialog box. In the Format Shape dialog box, select Fill in the left pane, under Fill in the right pane select Solid Fill, and then click the arrow to the right of Color and under Theme Colors select Brown, Accent 4 (first row, eighth option from left). Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select Line Color in the left pane, under Line Color in the right pane select Solid Line, and then click the arrow to the right of Color and under Theme Colors select Tan, Accent 3(third row, seventh option from left). Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select Line Style in the left pane, under Line Style in the right pane set the Width to 6 pt. Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select Shadow in the left pane, under Shadow in the right pane click the arrow to the right of Color and under Theme Colors select Black, Background 1(first row, first option from left), and then do the following: In the Transparency box, enter 35%. In the Size box, enter 100%. In the Blur box, enter 4pt. In the Angle box, enter 45 degrees. In the Distance box, enter 5 pt. Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select Size in the left pane, under Size and Rotate in the right pane set the Height to 7.1” and the Width to 9.6”. Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select Position in the left pane, under Position on Slide in the right pane set the Horizontal to 0.18” and the Vertical to 0.19”. Close Format Shape dialog box. On the Insert tab in the Illustrations group, click Shapes, under Basic Shapes, select Oval (first row, second option from left). Hold down SHIFT to constrain the shape of a circle, and then on the slide drag to draw a circle. In the Format Shape dialog box, select Size in the left pane, under Size and Rotate in the right pane set the Height to 0.31” and the Width to 0.31”. Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select Position in the left pane, under Position on Slide in the right pane set the Horizontal to 0.16” and the Vertical to 6.99”. Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select Fill in the left pane, under Fill in the right pane, select Gradient Fill, then click the arrow to the right of Type and select Radial. Under Gradient stops, click Add gradient stop or Remove gradient stop until three stops appear on the slider. Customize the gradient stops as follows: Select the first stop on the slider, and then do the following: In the Position box, enter 0%. Click the button next to Color, then select More Colors, and then in the Color dialog box, on the Custom tab, enter values for Red: 249, Green: 215, and Blue: 147, then click OK. Select the second stop on the list, and then do the following: In the Position box, enter 50%. Click the button next to Color, then select More Colors, and then in the Color dialog box, on the Custom tab, enter values for Red: 122, Green: 83, and Blue: 5, then click OK. Select the third stop on the slider, and then do the following: In the Position box, enter 100%. Click the button next to Color, and then under Theme Colors select Black, Background 1 (first row, first option from the left). Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select Line Color in the left pane, under Line Color in the right pane select No Line. Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select Shadow in the left pane, under Shadow in the right pane click the arrow to the right of Presets and under Outer select Offset Diagonal Bottom Right (first row, first option). Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select 3-D Format in the left pane, under Bevel in the right pane click the arrow to the right of Top and under Bevel, select Circle (first row, first option), and then to the right of Top set the Width to 6 pt and the Height to 6 pt, then under Surface, click the arrow to the right of Material and under Standard select Warm Matte (first row, second option from left). Close the Format Shape dialog box. Select the circle, on the Home tab in the Clipboard group click Copy, then select Duplicate. In the Format Shape dialog box, select Position in the left pane, under Position on Slide in the right pane set the Horizontal to 9.47” and the Vertical to 0.19”. To reproduce the background effects on the Master Layout, do the following: On the Slide Master tab, in the Edit Master group, click Insert Layout. On the Slide Master tab, in the Master Layout group, click Insert Placeholder, and select Media, then drag to draw rectangle on slide. In the Format Shape dialog box, select Line Color in the left pane, under Line Color in the right pane select Solid Line, and then click the arrow to the right of Color and under Theme Colors select White, Text 1 (first row, second option from left). Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select Line Style in the left pane, under Line Style in the right pane set the Width to 2.25 pt. Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select 3-D Format in the left pane, under Bevel in the right pane click the arrow to the right of Top and under Bevel, select Cross (first row, third option), and then to the right of Top set the Width to 16 pt and the Height to 8 pt, then under Surface, click the arrow to the right of Material and under Special Effect select Soft Edge (under special effect, second option from left), and then click the arrow to the right of Lighting and under Neutral, select Balance (under neutral, second option from left). Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select Size in the left pane, under Size and Rotate in the right pane set the Height to 2.01” and the Width to 2.68”. Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select Position in the left pane, under Position on Slide in the right pane set the Horizontal to 6.89” and the Vertical to 0.37”. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click Copy, and then click Duplicate. Repeat one more time, creating 3 rectangles. Select third duplicated rectangle. Under Drawing Tools, on the Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, click the arrow at the bottom right corner launching the Format Shape dialog box. In the Format Shape dialog box, select Position in the left pane, under Position on Slide in the right pane set the Horizontal to 6.89” and the Vertical to 5.06”. Press and hold CTRL and select all three rectangles. Under Drawing Tools, on the Format tab, in the Arrange group, click Align, and then do the following: Click Align Left. Click Distribute Vertically. Select the top rectangle. Under Drawing Tools, on the Format tab, in the Insert Shapes group, click Edit Shape, point to Change Shape, and under Rectangle select Snip Single Corner Rectangle (under rectangle, third option from left). On the Slide Master tab, in the Master Layout group, click Insert Placeholder, and select Text, then drag to draw rectangle on slide. In the Format Shape dialog box, select Size in the left pane, under Size and Rotate in the right pane set the Height to 5.06” and the Width to 6.56”. Also in the Format Shape dialog box, select Position in the left pane, under Position on Slide in the right pane set the Horizontal to 0.31” and the Vertical to 1.75”. On the Slide Master tab, in the Master Layout group, click Title. Select the text, then on the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, select Align Text Left. Also on the Slide Master tab, in the Edit Master group, click Rename, then rename as “Three Stacked Videos.”
