1. Adding Month Due to Dairy Comp Basis File

2. Start Dairy Comp and Logon to Genex BASIS file

3. In Command Line, Type “Alter” and then hit Enter
Select “Items” (Option #2)

4. In upper left hand corner of screen, click on “Add”

5. When prompted for an Item Name, call it “MODUE” and hit Enter

6. Select Item Type “100” and hit Enter

7. Select “DUE” from the Item list and then hit Enter

8. Enter “0” for the value and then hit Enter

9. Enter description “Month of Due Date” and then hit Enter

10. When prompted, select “Yes” to save this definition
MODUE item has now been created

11. Now when you load a Dairy Comp backup through the Genex Basis file, you will be able use the MODUE item
