2 Graduated Cylinder Measures volume of liquids Unit: liter (mL)
Procedure: Place cylinder on a flat surface, get at eye level with the liquid, and read the bottom of the miniscus, the curved part of the liquid.

Procedure: Place balance on a flat surface, adjust masses until the arm balances. Take the sum of the 3 masses.
