Preparation:
Print all Slides to A4 size. Print or mount on to white card.
Place all the cards into an envelope marked ‘Mapping a space’.
Refer to the notes for each slide for more information about the map. Reveal this information as per the lesson plan.

3. This map was produced by Treblinka survivor Samuel Willenberg, and published in his book in Samuel only had access to the Reception Camp area as he worked sorting the clothes of victims. He was not allowed into the extermination camp.

4. This map was compiled as part of the trial of Franz Stangl in 1970
This map was compiled as part of the trial of Franz Stangl in Stangl stated the map was ‘absolutely correct’.

5. This map has been produced by the museum authorities which now look after the Treblinka site. It is now on display at Treblinka.
