Provides better file management (users can see when file has been last updated and by whom)
Users can set up alerts to be notified when changes occur
Open all new opportunities in Sharepoint starting February 1.
Existing cases will remain on the Shared drive until complete

Sharepoint is accessible through the Xtranet. View the corresponding instructions.
To download multiple files, work in Windows Explorer
Map network drives by opening Windows Explorer and selecting Tools > Map Network Drive. Paste in the following address for the Presentation Builder:
Repeat the instructions above but paste in the following address for the UW & SS site:
Highlight, drag, and drop files into the appropriate folder on your hard drive.

8. Tips on using Sharepoint
When creating/uploading folders or files to the UW & SS site, avoid special characters in the names:
No spaces, use underscore instead
No punctuation
No special characters like % or $
Examples:
Bad file name: New Opportunity $1 million.doc
Good file name: New_Opportunity_1million.doc
