Convert-in opportunity for E-3 - E-5 Sailors ONLY in YG 2014 & 2016.
-Not granting ASVAB, Age, Rank, or Time in service Waivers.*
-Must meet the program and rating criteria set forth in MILPERSMAN
-Must meet physical requirements per MILPERSMAN
-Must be eligible to hold a Top Secret Clearance. (Drugs, misconduct, etc. may disqualify)
-Minimum ASVAB scores are viewed similarly to minimum PST scores (not competitive).
-PACT/APACT Sailors must have 12 months onboard current command.
-36 Month OBLISERVE requirement for fleet candidates, after graduation.
-YG waivers considered for members with 5Th or 7th Fleet language proficiency.
-A CWAY Quota is not required to submit a conversion package. Apply now.
EOD Technicians :
-No early separation opportunity for EOD Sailors.
-Not approving HYT waivers for E8 and E9 unless hard fill for EOD Detailer.
-EPA includes students /transient personnel and assumes all students will graduate the EOD Pipeline. Subsequently, EOD EPA manning percentages will fluctuate with course convening dates and attrition.
