1. PM Options Setup Organizations Navigate to the Organizations Application under the Administration Module

3. PM Options Setup PM Options Set the number of days to generate in advance for each site Turn on Auto WO Gen by checking Automatic PM WO generation checkbox If you want to limit what records get generated replace NULL in the WO Generation Where Clause with a custom SQL statement.

4. Cron Task Setup Navigate to the Cron Task Setup application under the System Configuration | Platform Configuration Module.

5. Cron Task Setup PMWoGenCronTask Pull up the PMWoGenCronTask

6. Cron Task Setup PMWoGenCronTask Add a new row to the Cron Task Instances and configure. Give it a name, a schedule, a run as user, and active it.
