Generally 1 large photo at top of screen Company Logo is at top of screen, or enlarged somewhere on the page. Some form of a navigation bar at top. Distinct, large, photo in background or at top of page. Unique Trends Item selection on home page, process follows. Series of cards with products on them, viewed as largest picture or main content on home page.

13 My Website’s Audience Smart Phone appeals to anyone with a smart phone. A person typically between the age of 16-35 People who use the internet as a resource People who break their devices often People who are looking for a cheaper alternative People looking for phone repair in their area (local)

14 The typical audience member
A male or female living in the area, in Pittsburgh. A male or female who has a problem with their device that they can’t fix themselves Someone who is typically between the age of 16 and 35 Older people are less careless with their phone Older people don’t carry their devices to as many places Age group is most viable for broken phones

15 Audience’s Goals The main goal is for the audience to schedule their device to be repaired via the internet or app store. They might also: Explore to find store locations Explore for location hours Try to get to know the company better Find contact info to ask more questions Explore to find which options are available for phone repair

16 Audience Persona #1 Steph is a 19 year old college student at Duquesne University. She uses her phone for almost everything, and is contently in contact with her friends. One night over the weekend when she was at a party, she dropped her phone and the screen cracked. She thought it wasn’t a big deal but as she attempted to use the phone after this, there were many features that she couldn’t use because of her damaged screen. She decides to get it fixed. Upon researching the web, she finds Kaz Smartphone repair and is impressed with their prices. After seeing that their was a location near her, she decides to schedule and appointment.

17 Audience Persona #2 Dave is 31 years of age and has a full time job at PNC bank as a finance manager. He works 9-5, Monday through Friday. Over the weekend when doing his wash he realizes his phone was in the pocket of the pants he had been wearing that were now in the wash. After recovering the phone and leaving it in rice, he still has no luck of turning it on. He find Kaz Smartphone repair and decides to give it a whirl. Once on the website he finds that they fix water damaged phones, which is something apple doesn’t cover on their warranty. Dave schedules an appointment for Monday.
