Phase 1 activities: March 9 –April 5, 2016
DPH staff will review HIS and CSDW reports applicable to batch users for integrity issues when data is submitted through the batch interface.
DPH will query vendors and request various reports to compare against HIS and CSDW data reports. When patient and service count reports from vendor systems and HIS/CSDW do not match, the cause will be determined and remedial actions taken.
The HIS Business team will publish a list of Avatar (HIS) and CSDW reports proven to be accurate when data is submitted through the batch interface.
