Steps – After logging into PennWorks Additional Pay: Select My Pending Work Verifications Verify that the work has been completed In this task – The pre-work submitter will find the approved pre-work request and: Verify that the work was done as requested Complete the verification process in PennWorks The same person who originally requested/submitted the pre-work must verify the completion of the work. For recurring work, the pre-work submitter verifies each sub-request as the work is completed. 1

2. 2 Step 1: Find the pre-work request in My Pending Work Verifications After the pre-work request has been approved and the work completed by the payee, the pre-work submitter must verify that the work has been completed; click [Review] to open the pending pre-work order

3. 3 Step 2: Verify work has been completed Indicate that the work has been completed in the Comment section Click [Verify Work Completed] Review the request
