4. IMPORTANT!
On September 5, 2018, the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals upheld the Michigan Legislature’s 2015 ban on straight ticket voting. As a result, there is no longer an option to allow voters to make a single mark to support every candidate of a given party.
Voters must now make individual marks for each candidate who they wish to vote for in the Partisan section. This change does not affect the Nonpartisan or Proposal sections of the ballot.

If you believe you have made a mistake or would like to change your vote, you MAY request a new ballot. But, you MUST do so BEFORE your ballot has been tabulated.
