Decision from the Ministry of Health to establish AMR Programme
Programme coordinated by a committee headed by a chair
Members from north, middle and south Vietnam
Number of labs reduced by 9 from 20

5. Methods for selecting participant labs
Ensure representative laboratories from 3 regions of Vietnam
Choose laboratories with facilities, equipment and experts to meet the standards
Designate 2 laboratories to check quality of results (Hanoi Medical School, Hue Medical School)
