3. CHILDREN & DISCIPLES ----- raising up churches-----
Being born isn’t the same as growing up.
Knowing about the Savior isn’t the same as knowing Him
Having the truth isn’t the same as using it.
Knowing Christ has all power and authority isn’t the same as enforcing it.

4. DISCIPLES ARE ----- defined by-----
Their TEACHER (who is “Lord”)
Quickness to FOLLOW (surrender)
Desire to LEARN (teach-ability)
ACTIONS based on training

5. TRANSFORMATION
“Transformation is the process of raising the church (The children of God) to maturity, so they can inherit fully what they were born for”

6. A JESUS MINDSET
Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.
PHILIPPIANS 2:5-8

7. A WORSHIP MINDSET
I appeal to you therefore, brethren, and beg of you in view of [all] the mercies of God, to make a decisive dedication of your bodies [presenting all your members and faculties] as a living sacrifice, holy (devoted, consecrated) and well pleasing to God, which is your reasonable (rational, intelligent) service and spiritual worship.
ROMANS 12:1

8. A WORSHIP MINDSET
2 Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you]
ROMANS 12:2

9. A DISCIPLED MINDSET
Take firm hold of instruction, do not let go; guard her, for she is your life. My son, attend to my words; consent and submit to my sayings. Let them not depart from your sight; keep them in the center of your heart. For they are life to those who find them, healing and health to their whole body. Keep and guard your heart(soul & spirit) with all vigilance and above all that you guard, for out of it flow the springs of life.
PROVERBS 4:13,20-22

10. What’s the big idea? Only the humble can enter in to worship.
Only worshipers with an offering get to meet God.
Only those who meet God find out what is on His heart.
Only those who know His heart, can pray His will.
Prayer is the standard issue weapon for the church to enforce God’s will on earth.

11. WHY DISCIPLES PRAY? GROWS RELATIONSHIP. PRECIOUS TO GOD
REVEALS GOD’S WILL.
OVERCOMES SIN

PRECEDES REVIVAL
