Yacht Program Boat and Outboard Motor class of Personal Inland Marine program

3 Eligibility Boatowners Yacht Program Craft 30 feet or less in length
Personal watercraft (e.g., “Jet Skis”) Travel 50 mph or less (does not apply to personal watercraft) Maximum value of $75,000 20 years or less in age Yacht Program 26 feet or more in length No restriction on speed Minimum value of $50,000 No restriction on age of craft

Covered property Described boats and boat trailers Additional coverages Boating equipment and emergency towing Newly acquired watercraft and trailers up to 30 days Yacht only: Equipment on shore, non-owned yachts, recharging of fire equipment, boating-related personal property, and storm protection

Open perils coverage Standard exclusions (war, nuclear hazard, etc.) Marine exclusions (marring/bubbling, delamination; marine life) Exclusion for residential or business use (except to entertain clients) Loss settlement ACV settlement written into BT base form Agreed value settlement in Yacht form Alternatives available by endorsement

Personal Liability Covers BI/PD arising from ownership or use of insured craft and trailers Medical Payments Covers permitted occupants of insured craft Uninsured Boaters Analogous to UM coverage under auto policies

Forms, manual rules, and loss cost rating information filed and approved countrywide Rating manual includes 11 territories covering U.S. inland and coastal waters Rating factors and credits/surcharges for experienced operators, multiple owners, and other criteria Yacht Advisory forms and manual rules
