1. Green Tu B'Shevat in Austin טו' בשבט ירוק באוסטין-טקסס
This year the Early Childhood Program at Austin TX decided on making a "green" Tu B'Shevat. As part of Tikkun Olam value and taking care of our planet, all our trees and planting activities were made only with recyclable materials. Parents helped by donating all sorts of recyclables and here are the results of the community efforts.

כחלק מערכי תיקון העולם ושמירה על הסביבה , כל העצים ופעילות השתילה שלנו נעשו בעזרת חומרים ממוחזרים
ההורים עזרו בכך שתרמו כל מיני חומרים לשימוש חוזר ובמצגת זו נציג את תוצאות מאמצי הקהילה.

A tree made of apple crates cut into strip for trunk and brunches. The children painted it brown. The tree top is made of crumbled newspaper painted in green. Children painted plastic trays and lids and put their pictures too.
