All job vacancies are listed online with instructions on how to apply.
Paychecks are paid directly to the student to spend or save as they wish.
Students are not assigned jobs and payroll checks can’t be held by WKU to apply to tuition. It is up to the student to apply the funds if they choose.

10. Things to Remember: #HeadForTheHill
Complete a new FAFSA every year starting October 1st. State funds for KY residents are limited. Apply ASAP to be considered. Only trust – never use .com or other web sites
Remind your student to check their daily. Once the attend TOP, they will be assigned a TOPPERMAIL address. Our office sends all communications to the student through this .
If you are unsure about something, just ask! Our staff members are available to help students make these processes as smooth as possible. We know financial aid can be intimidating, and we are here to help! No question is too big or small!
Students MUST maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards to retain financial aid eligibility. This means they must keep a 2.0 GPA and pass 67% of the hours they attempt to take.
