3 Introduction The busy life in America is a growing problem. It may get worse with technology.  Many people are overworked and don't give enough time for themselves or their family.  People want so badly to be successful that they do not take the time to enjoy the little things that life has to offer.  I think this is a social problem, because I see this everywhere, such as parents ignoring their crying children because they are constantly on the phone.  People are so involved with their phones that they aren't reaching out into reality and seeing what hey are missing out on.   I see people skip meals and family time because of work. People need time to relax.

4 Rushing for nothing *People are so worried about what happens every second of the day, as if it is the end of the world. *Being too busy is a vicious cycle (Huffingtonpost.com). *Being too busy causes unnecessary stress. *People rush through their day and overreact by worrying about things beyond their control. *Ignoring the positive things life gives us.

5 All eyes on the screen *Ignoring your child’s first steps for Facebook. *Going out for a date, and everyone you see is on their cell phones. *Missing out on important conversations with your friends who are right next to you. *Unable to work out real issues face to face because of cell phone use. *Social media is the conversation topic instead of real issues.

8 Kids stacking on too much
*Parents want their kids to be active, but there is such things as too much, *Some parents don’t realize how the stress can be destructive for their children. They need to be able to breathe and relax. *"If I miss a practice, even for a doctor's appointment, I get benched.“ (kidshealth.org) *Being too busy can cause strain on social and family life. *Stress, headaches, and lack of sleep can be symptoms of being overworked.

9 College students *No time to be sick.
*Working two jobs, have homework and have a social life?......impossible. *Some students don’t have time to be with their own family between work and school. *“College here is like daring yourself to swim the length of a swimming pool without breathing.” (harvardmagazine.com) *Extreme sleep deprivation.

10 College Athletes *”Spending more time in uniform than they are attending classes and studying. (cbsnews.com) *No time for social life or the books. *Over working physically and mentally with the sport they choose. *Are these athletes even enjoying their time they spend playing these sports anymore? *Grades may fall, and performance lags behind.

11 COnclusion Many people in America suffer from the so called “Busy Life.” AS people we need to learn to manage our time better, as well as look at the small things that can be more important than what is going on within our cell phones. We need to let go of this negative energy we puit through worrying about things that do not matter. We should be focusing on what is happening around us. Cell phones can wait, because our loved ones won’t be around forever. School is important, but there comes appoint where enough is enough and we need to take a step back. We shouldn’t overload ourselves and miss out on the fun things in life. Lkife is about adventure, not setting ourselves up for no sleep, and a stress-filled life 24/7.
