Low skilled Relatively old (average age of 50 years) Heavy workload as a result of tough competition High absenteeism rate due to poor health condition

Goal: more vital employees are better balanced in their personal life, and the employer also benefits from it (lower absenteeism) Health check gets people thinking, so it’s easier for them to join Companies contributed up to 50% of the expenses: € 300 per participant Project application and accountability went smoothly

‘Toolkit Sustainable Employability’ which offers employers a roadmap for organizing their own Vitality Project Follow-up project is now underway In September starts a new application process
