If more then 10% of a rubric is changed a gap analysis is needed Salem- Spent a considerable amount of time with McREL and collaborated with the New Teacher Center Danielson- Must be 2011 Marshall and Marzano Oregon Admin Rubric- Collaborative effort between ODE and Ed NW Pendleton Admin Rubric- Developed criteria and performance levels for ISLLC

5 Things to Consider What does the research say?
Is there research behind the rubric to ensure it is valid and reliable? What training is available to help with implementation? How will educators understand and own the rubric’s language? Are there Inter-Rater Reliability trainings available? What rubrics are being used regionally? Are there opportunities for collaboration?
