2. What Is A Picture Prompt?
When we see a picture, we can make up a story about it.
The story should not just be about the picture, but should add the missing pieces.

3. What Is This?
We all know this is a square – even though the lines are not continuous.
We fill in the blanks in our minds – we see the square.
When you work on a picture prompt, you should do the same thing. You have to fill in the blanks in the picture so that your reader can see what you see.
You have to let your imagination go and add to the picture in front of you.

4. How Do I Add to the Picture?
Imagine that your mind is a camera.
Take a snapshot of the picture in front of you.
Think about what picture should come before the picture prompt picture.

5. What Happened First?
Your mind’s camera doesn’t just snap one picture this time.
Now your mind’s camera snaps two pictures.

6. You Try It! Turn on your mind’s camera.
