3 The Evolution of FSNE’s Programming
Before 2016 Focused on specific, single interventions – parents involved in Text2BHealthy, youth participating in ReFresh 2016 FSNE evolved its programming to: Include direct education, indirect education and PSE work at each collaborating site SNAP-Ed participants receive varying degrees of FSNE programming (with the intent to receive multiple interactions) Participants are supported with changes to the environment

4 The Evolution of FSNE’s Evaluation Plan
Before 2016 Curriculum-specific evaluation tools targeted primarily individual level behavior changes Focused on specific, single interventions – parents involved in Text2BHealthy, youth participating in ReFresh 2016 FSNE expanded its evaluation plan to: Target SNAP-Ed participants with varying degrees of interaction with FSNE programming Capture indicators of policy, systems, and environmental (PSE)-level changes outlined in the SNAP-Ed Evaluation Framework
