3 Trend We are seeing a trend by machine builders, panel builders & OEM’s of successfully reducing both their purchasing and overhead costs by sourcing multiple products under one manufacturer and achieving economies of scale. The trend is that in order to differentiate themselves from existing or upcoming competitors entering the industry, OEM companies are expanding their management expertise to provide leading customer satisfaction levels and we will see later what the components of this new customer experience are. © T&B November 15, 2018
