was founded as the first “Nursing Research institute” in Korea March 1993 changed the name as “Nursing Research Policy institute” March 2005 merged with “ Research Institute of Homecare & Hospice”

Health Manpower Education and Training WOCN program for public health nurses : Trained 56 public health nurses in health centers of Kyung-Gi province Expert training of Smoking Cessation program by joint work with Korea Council of Smoking Cessation : trained 77 health care personnel to provide adequate knowledge and skills enough to run smoking cessation program in the community Counselor Training Program for Cyber hospice Primary Health Practitioner Training Program
