2 2 Timothy 1:7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” Fear produces religious works, guilt, shame, lack, low self-esteem, and health challenges Love produces assurance, peace, joy, creativity, forgiveness and everything that pertains to life. That’s why its so important guard your heart above all things. When we hear the true good news, it increases our capacity to receive everything good from our Father. Proverbs 4:23 “Watch over your heart with all diligence, For from it flow the springs of life.”

You are victorious in Christ. You don’t need to battle the darkness and get busy with religious gymnastics. Guard your heart, mind and speech. Line it all up with Christ and life. It is the material God uses to create. Through our heart, mind, speech…we give order to the chaotic, beauty to ugly situations, healing to the hurt and suffering. Our spirits can do more in one second than our labor can accomplish in one year!
