5 How Conference Works Roll Call Order of Agenda Discussion of Topic
“The Kingdom of Spain is present!” Order of Agenda Unmoderated caucus (informal debate) to reorder agenda Discussion of Topic Alternating moderated caucus (speaker’s list) and unmoderated caucus Speaker’s list: Twoish-minute speech followed by comments and questions Unmoderated caucus: standing up and debating “informally” All rules of diplomacy and formality still apply!
