9 As a group of about 4-5 people you will work together to come up with a quick exercise we can all do together as a class. The point of this is to have a fun (maybe even goofy) exercise you can do every day, even when you’re in a hurry. Make sure it is appropriate and everyone in the class can participate SAFELY!
