Collaborate, Really Collaborate and Eliminate Critical Issues Early OSHPD to Utilize Color Pencil Concept 2.Optimize the Project Whole, Not the Pieces. Big Picture Schedule, Must be Efficient Process for Owner and OSHPD. Utilize Over the Counter Backchecks if Comment / Response Time is Deemed 8 Hours or Less. 3.Projects are Networks of Commitment. Owner and Design Team Commit to No Major Changes. Once Submitted, Approved Phased Review Elements Will be Frozen. Serious Code Issues (Deal Breakers) Must be Resolved and Ultimately Accepted by OSHPD prior to Progressing to the Next Phased Review. Resolution May Occur Through Phone Calls, Meeting or E-Mail and Followed Up with Drawings. 4.Increase Relatedness and Build Trust.
