To know some things that He didn’t (Mark 13:32; cf. Deut. 29:29) To remain with Him all the time (John 8:16, 29; 10:38; 16:32; cf. Deut. 31:6) To be true to His nature (John 17:11+25; John 3:16+Matt. 10:28; cf. Matt. 25:46; 6:24) To do whatever was in His best interest (Matt. 26:39-42; Mark 14:36; cf. Rom. 8:28; Matt. 6:10b) To provide for Him whatever and whenever He needed (Matt. 26:53; cf. Matt. 6:8, 26-32; 7:11; Luke 12:30) To love Him as He obeyed His Father (John 10:17-18; 14:31; 15:9-10; cf. John 14:21-24)

3 Jesus Submitted to His Father’s Will
From a young age (Luke 2:49) In His daily walk and decisions (John 4:34; 5:19, 30; 6:38; 8:29; 9:4; 15:10) As He taught only what the Father gave Him (John 7:16; 8:26, 28; 12:49-50; 14:24; 15:15) As He promised salvation to a limited number (Matt. 7:21; John 14:6; 3:3-5; 3:16+36; 5:24; 6:40) Unto death (John 19:30; Luke 23:46)

4 Jesus Taught the Father’s Plan of Salvation
Believe Jesus is God’s Son – John 8:24 Repent of your sins and turn to God – Luke 13:3 Confess your faith in Jesus – Matthew 10:32 Be immersed into Christ – Mark 16:16 God will forgive all of your sins – Acts 2:38 God will add you to His church – Acts 2:47 God will register you in heaven – Hebrews 12:23 Serve the Lord faithfully – Matthew 25:23
