2 What is the CRDM Map? Capital Renewal & Deferred Maintenance (CRDM)
Master List of Projects in ARCHIBUS This effort is intended to communicate maintenance and renovation needs on campus as tracked by Facilities Management (FM). This information comes from: Customer needs/requests Future university plans Building inspections

3 How Do I Access CRDM Map? Two Ways to Access:
Go to: Under “Helpful Links” click on “Facilities Conditions Customer View (CRDM)” Click on “Map” Go to: Type “CRDM” in Search Box Click on “UNC Charlotte Facilities Conditions Customer View (CRDM…”

4 What Information Does the Map Provide?
Facilities Condition Index (FCI) Estimated Cost of Work divided by Replacement Value. If a building is poor, it means: The MONETARY total of the projects planned are a larger percentage of the replacement value of a building. (“Poor” only means there are more needs identified in a given building; not that the building is unsafe.)

5 How Do I See Projects? Main Campus Buildings: Center City:
Click on the building you want to view Center City: Click on “Zoom to Center City Campus” button Click on the Center City building “Zoom to Main Campus” will return you to Campus Campus Wide: Click on “Campus Wide Projects” button or Click on land between buildings

Building Information Code Address Date Built Exterior Gross Area FCI Estimated Cost of Projects Replacement Cost

7 What Information Does the Map Provide?
Building locations & information Maintenance needs Renovations requested Major projects planned Campus Wide Projects Future construction Roadway improvements Landscape improvements

8 What Information Does the Map Provide?
From the map, selecting a building or the campus landscape, brings up a list of projects underneath. Columns on the list include: “Project Name” – Building name followed by project name. “Parent ID” – If project is part of another project, then the main project is the parent project. “Type” – Planning (Future), Informal < $300,000, Capital > $300,000 “CRDM Status” – Stage of project

9 What Information Does the Map Provide?
From the map, selecting a building or the campus landscape, brings up a list of projects underneath. Columns on the list include: “Upfit” – Anything not affecting FCI (addition, new building, etc) “Project Status” – Construction, Design, Submitted, Created, etc. “Project Estimate” – Estimated Cost of Project “Project Summary” – Project Description
