PROBLEMS/DEBUGS/RESULTS so far done:
--configuration between the cathode and the anode of PD reverse PD
--cathode pin of PD grounded on the board scratched off the connection between ground and cathode pin
--sever jitter in loop back testing  decreased by adjusting bias current( Rbias:=800ohm)
--Rx attenuation testing  no eye diagram  PD sensitivity?
