2. Access the router
Log into the router with if it is new or pin reset. User/Pass = admin/admin
If troubleshooting a configured router with the customer, the IP should be If that doesn’t work, maybe the customer pin reset it.

3. Advanced Setup: WAN Click Add

4. Make each screen look as shown, then click next

6. PPP Username and Password are from the Ikano DSL provisioning webpage.

8. Click Save

9. Confirmation that WAN is configured

10. Click LAN

11. Configure as shown. Click save and reboot at the bottom
