2 Acts 2:42-47 42 And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. 43 And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. 44 And all who believed were together and had all things in common. 45 And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need.

3 Acts 2:42-47 46 And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved.

32 Who is Lord? CONVICTION

33 Who is Lord? Acts 2:36 36 “Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.”

34 Who is Lord? 1 Corinthians 15:32
32 If the dead are not raised, “Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.”

35 Who is Lord? Philippians 3:19
19 Their end is destruction, their god is their belly, and they glory in their shame…

36 Who is Lord? 1 Corinthians 15:16-20
16 For if the dead are not raised, not even Christ has been raised. 17 And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins.

37 Who is Lord? 1 Corinthians 15:16-20
18 Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished. 19 If in Christ we have hope in this life only, we are of all people most to be pitied.

38 Who is Lord? 1 Corinthians 15:16-20
20 But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.

39 Who is Lord? Revelation 17:14
14 “They will make war on the Lamb, and the Lamb will conquer them, for he is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those with him are called and chosen and faithful.”

40 Who am I? CONVICTION DEVOTION

41 Who am I? 1 Peter 1:14-16 14 As obedient children, do not be conformed to the passions of your former ignorance…

42 Who am I? 1 Peter 1:14-16 15 …but as he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, 16 since it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”

43 Who am I? 1 Peter 2:11-12 11 Beloved, I urge you as sojourners and exiles to abstain from the passions of the flesh, which wage war against your soul.

44 Who am I? 1 Peter 2:11-12 12 Keep your conduct among the Gentiles honorable, so that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day of visitation.

45 Who am I? Romans 6:16-18 16 Do you not know that if you present yourselves to anyone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one whom you obey…

46 Who am I? Romans 6:16-18 16 …either of sin, which leads to death, or of obedience, which leads to righteousness?

47 Who am I? Romans 6:16-18 17 But thanks be to God, that you who were once slaves of sin have become obedient from the heart to the standard of teaching to which you were committed…

48 Who am I? Romans 6:16-18 18 …and, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of righteousness.

49 Who am I? Ephesians 6:12-13 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood…

50 Who am I? Ephesians 6:12-13 12 …but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

51 Who am I? Ephesians 6:12-13 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.

52 On what will I set my mind? CONVICTION DEVOTION AWE

53 On what will I set my mind? Colossians 3:1-17
1 If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. 3 For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. On what will I set my mind?

54 On what will I set my mind? Colossians 3:1-17
5 Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. 6 On account of these the wrath of God is coming. 7 In these you too once walked, when you were living in them. 8 But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth. On what will I set my mind?

55 On what will I set my mind? Colossians 3:1-17
9 Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices 10 and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator. 11 Here there is not Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, free; but Christ is all, and in all. On what will I set my mind?

56 On what will I set my mind? Colossians 3:1-17
12 Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14 And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. On what will I set my mind?

57 On what will I set my mind? Colossians 3:1-17
15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. 17 And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. On what will I set my mind?

60 On what will I set my mind? Ephesians 2:11-22
11 Therefore remember that at one time you Gentiles in the flesh, called “the uncircumcision” by what is called the circumcision, which is made in the flesh by hands— 12 remember that you were at that time separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. On what will I set my mind?

61 On what will I set my mind? Ephesians 2:11-22
13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. 14 For he himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility 15 by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man in place of the two, so making peace, 16 and might reconcile us both to God in one body through the cross, thereby killing the hostility. On what will I set my mind?

62 On what will I set my mind? Ephesians 2:11-22
17 And he came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near. 18 For through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father. 19 So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God… On what will I set my mind?

63 On what will I set my mind? Ephesians 2:11-22
20 …built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, 21 in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. 22 In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit. On what will I set my mind?

66 Who needs to hear the message? Matthew 5:13-16
13 “You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet.

67 Who needs to hear the message? Matthew 5:13-16
14 “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house.

68 Who needs to hear the message? Matthew 5:13-16
