5 Infrastructure Trial - Purpose
Simulation of test-day network utilization Identify any school or district issues Confirm that all testing computers can run the FSA software Practice run for school testing staff The Infrastructure Trial is not appropriate for student practice. Content-specific practice tests are available for students at These Practice Tests are intended to familiarize students with the types of items that will make up the tests and with the tools that will be available to them in AIR’s Test Delivery System (TDS).

School Techs must ensure that the FSA Secure Browser has been installed on all testing computers. The package is available in Ivanti as shown here. It is also available via the Portal Manager. IT has pushed this out to all school computers BUT you must check.

We recommend placing a piece of paper next to each computer so that the tester (student/employee/volunteer) can make note of any problems they encountered. Have the tester write down some identifying information for the computer (asset tag, position in room, etc.) At the end of the trial, these can be collected and shared with the appropriate staff.
