2 Repetition Repetition is when the same word or phrase is repeated multiple times in the same passage. “I do not like them in a box. I do not like them with a fox. I will not eat them in a house. I do not like them with a mouse. I do not like them here or there. I do not like them ANYWHERE!”

3 Imagery Imagery uses language to describe things in a way that appeal to at least one of our five senses. It was dark and dim in the forest. The children were screaming and shouting in the fields. He whiffed the aroma of brewed coffee. The girl ran her hands on a soft satin fabric.  The fresh and juicy orange is very cold and sweet.
