Utilizing sample training schedules, we will illustrate how to integrate your Young Marines and Unit Staff in the planning process.

14. How to Include ALL your Young Marines
The best way to include ALL of your Young Marines in the planning process is to ask them what they want to learn and do.
Explore every option and expand beyond the norm!
Your Young Marines will stay interested and will want to keep coming back if they see that you value their input.
Making it a team effort will also relieve some of the pressure.
