13 How to Include them in the Process
Schedule Meetings Include everyone listed on the previous slide Everyone should have a part in making the schedule Each person may have a job or a contribution to the process Ex: DDR Officer/DDR Chief plan out the DDR section of the schedule Let the Young Marines play a huge role! The Senior Young Marines are the ones carrying out the schedule. Deadlines! Deadlines! Deadlines! Keeps everyone responsible for their part Heather "Strengthening the Lives of America's Youth"

14 How to Include ALL your Young Marines
The best way to include ALL of your Young Marines in the planning process is to ask them what they want to learn and do. Explore every option and expand beyond the norm! Your Young Marines will stay interested and will want to keep coming back if they see that you value their input. Making it a team effort will also relieve some of the pressure.
