9. Laura Harris was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1961.  Laura has been working in mixed media, including fiber art, acrylic art and mosaic art
for over 25 years.  More recently, Laura has concentrated on mosaic portrait art.  She uses a direct method of application whereas each piece of tessera is permanently adhered to a substrate.  After sketching out a design, each individual piece of tessera is hand cut to create unique mosaics.  Her tesserae include venetian and dichroic glass, 24 Kt. Italian gold smalti, porcelain, ceramic tile, mirror, stone and salvaged or recycled materials. 
Although handicapped with MS, first diagnosed in 1985, Laura has risen above her physical limitations to create fine art mosaic pieces that encapsulate the heart and soul of the subject matter.

10. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the largest nail mosaic is a 2 meter by 4 meter portrait of Leonardo da Vinci, which consist of about 500,000 industrial nails and weighs 400.

12. Samir Strati

14. Strati was born in Tirana, Albania
Strati was born in Tirana, Albania.He began his career doing restorations in Albania to several mosaics at the archeological sites. He is a member of the British Association of Modern Mosaic. 
Strati is primarily a mosaic artist but is also a painter. He has used a variety of materials including from toothpicks to eggshells, compact discs and porcelain.
He is heavily inspired by music, and in the mosaic series ‘The Four Seasons' is based on the Vivaldi concerto, each season is represented by a different musical instrument. This series was created over the course of more than five years. Another work on oil depicts traditional Albanian Polyphonic singers. 'The King' is a portrait of Elvis Presley measuring nearly 2 meters in height and uses over 400 CD's.
His work 'Sea Girl' is based on a legend from Vlora, his hometown. The story is about a young woman separated from her lover. She prays to become a fish to cross the sea to reunite with him. The artwork itself is made from sea glass which took the artist several years to collect.
'Peace' is a quintessential work of the artist, where the mirror fragments used in the mosaic reflects the message of our relation to peace

22. Poznan, Poland (2013) - Artist Adam Kalinowski has created an interactive space filled with colored sand and sculptures for the H. Dabrowski park in Poland.
Born in 1959 in Poznan, Poland . Studied at the Department of Cultural Anthropology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland. M.A. in M.A. at Ministry of Culture, Departament of Visual Arts, Warsaw in In 1998 he established ‘The Tadeusz Kalinowski Art Foundation’. Author of ‘Outdoor Projects and Critical Texts’.
My work is focused very much on natural world which I'm trying to relate in my sculptures, public art installations, drawings and in photography.

28. Alberto Seveso was born in Milan / Italy in 1976, but has lived most of his life on the island of Sardinia, in the center of the Mediterranean Sea, in this corner of paradise has begun to take its first steps towards the art, computer graphics and photography. Alberto has not attended school of Art or Design is a self-taught, began in the early '90s following the "Amiga" scene and start using graphics softwares like Deluxe Paint and mid 90s as a street artist, in the early years of the new millennium, he moved to Rome, where he began his career as a graphic designer / illustrator.

Since early last year, I have been experimenting with multiple exposures designs.
These works have yielded much interest by clients and have been covered by numerous art, design and photography websites.

Anne Patterson has said “My art is a response to the natural world. Whether through painting, sculpture or installation I try to render into a physical form my reality - the immense light of the sun, the movement of the rippling leaves, the abstract shape of the crashing waves against the rocks. Often my work is a visual response to a specific piece of music. I have synesthesia – I see an incredible magnificence of colors and shapes when I hear music, the smells of spring trigger a play of light in my mind and my primary numbers have personalities. I strive to create work that transports us into a multi-sensory realm, similar to that which I’ve inhabited for my entire life, and deepens our relationship to the beauty around us.”
